Academy Hall

Our premiere meeting space, Academy Hall, is bright and spacious for attentive learning. Over 4,000 square feet of modern, flexible space accommodates up to 325 persons (theater-style), or 240 people (round tables).

Our award-winning architectural design with wood paneling accents and an accessible raised stage lends itself to a suitable learning environment for the most demanding conference or seminar. The contemporary art theme found throughout the Conference Center is carried into Academy Hall for a tasteful decorative touch. The Hall is completely fitted with the latest technology and is well known for its extensive audio-visual support. Four built-in, simultaneous translation booths with wireless headset receivers are available for use. A production studio complete with broadcast quality cameras and editing capabilities is offered as well.

Technology Center

Our state-of-the-art Technology Center is the newest addition to our Conference Center. This two-level, 3,000 square foot, facility houses 18 Internet-ready computers with the capacity to connect 10 additional laptops utilizing Wireless Access. The main floor can accommodate 20-40 participants in a classroom setting and is well equipped with its own audio visual equipment including a 12 x 12 automatic screen, private street entrance, bathroom and service kitchen. The second level consists of 775 square feet of ideal breakout space that can hold a total of 36 people in three separate areas, with an additional bathroom and registration desk. This space has proven to be a perfect fit for any computer training class. The contemporary and tasteful decor of the AED Conference Center carries through to the Technology Center and creates an agreeable atmosphere for learning.
